Job summary

Aramark is recruiting a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead strategy and execution for its Corrections division across a complex, multi-site service environment. The role partners with Procurement, Operations, Finance, and field leadership to improve availability, service, cost, and continuity.

The incumbent will oversee demand and supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, and supplier performance, driving working capital optimization and value delivery across facilities in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Extensive leadership experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, or logistics.
• Experience leading operations in a large, multi-site environment; sector-specific experience preferred.
• Proven track record improving inventory productivity, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, replenishment, and S&OP/SIOP processes.
• Financial acumen to evaluate cost, service, and working capital tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with business priorities and financial goals.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, inventory management, purchasing execution, and forecast accuracy.
• Own inventory performance, including turns, days of supply, and working capital.
• Lead root-cause analysis for supply issues with clear corrective actions.
• Establish inventory policies, safety stock, reorder points, and service-level targets.
• Drive S&OP/SIOP processes and optimize total delivered cost.
