Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead strategy and execution for the Corrections business, ensuring products flow reliably across a multi-site service network. This executive will oversee demand and supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, supplier performance, and working capital optimization.

Qualifications

• Extensive progressive leadership experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, distribution, logistics, or operations.
• Experience leading supply chain operations in a large, complex, multi-site environment.
• Demonstrated success in improving inventory productivity, working capital, service levels, and forecast accuracy.
• Strong understanding of demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, and S&OP/SIOP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy in alignment with Corrections business priorities and financial goals.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, and forecast accuracy.
• Own inventory performance, including levels, turns, days of supply, and stockouts.
• Lead root-cause analyses for stockouts, excess inventory, and forecast misses with recovery plans.
• Establish inventory and replenishment policies to optimize availability and working capital.
• Lead SKU rationalization to simplify assortment and reduce carrying costs.
• Oversee S&OP/SIOP processes and align demand, inventory, and supply capacity with financial plans.
• Ensure reliable product availability across a dispersed network of facilities.
• Monitor supplier service levels, lead times, fill rates, and OTIF; address risks and improve performance.
• Develop continuity and risk mitigation plans for shortages and demand shifts.
• Provide strategic oversight of transportation, distribution, and network flow.
• Drive standardization, data visibility, planning discipline, and technology adoption.
• Develop and manage inventory and supply chain financial plans with Finance.
• Establish dashboards and rhythms for forecast accuracy, turnover, and costs.
• Build and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed team.
• Translate client needs into practical supply chain solutions with field leadership.
