Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Vice President of Supply Chain to lead strategy and execution for the Corrections business across a complex, multi-site service environment.

You will oversee demand and supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, supplier performance, and working capital optimization while partnering with Procurement, Category Management, Operations, Finance, and field leadership to improve availability, service, cost, and supply continuity.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree and extensive leadership experience in supply chain, inventory planning, replenishment, distribution, logistics, or operations.
• Experience leading supply chain operations in large, complex, multi-site environments; relevant industry experience preferred.
• Strong track record improving inventory productivity, working capital, service levels, forecast accuracy, and supply continuity.
• Deep understanding of demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, inventory optimization, and supplier performance.
• Experience establishing inventory planning disciplines including forecast, safety stock, min/max, and exception-based management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the supply chain strategy aligned with Corrections business priorities and financial goals.
• Lead demand planning, supply planning, replenishment, inventory management, and procurement execution; own forecast accuracy.
• Own inventory performance metrics including turns, days of supply, and working capital.
• Lead root-cause analysis and corrective-action processes for stockouts, excess inventory, and forecast misses.
• Establish and govern inventory policies, safety stock, reorder points, and service-level targets.
• Lead S&OP/SIOP processes to align demand, inventory, capacity, and financial plans.
• Drive SKU rationalization and reduction of carrying costs across a multi-site distribution network.
• Ensure reliable product availability across geographically dispersed correctional facilities and channels.
• Partner with Procurement and Category Management to set supplier SLAs and performance expectations.
• Develop and manage inventory and supply chain financial plans with Finance.
• Build and develop a high-performing, geographically dispersed team with a continuous improvement mindset.
