Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, Engineering, Operations, Business, or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience across multiple supply chain disciplines.
• Experience leading a complex, multi-site manufacturing and distribution network.
• Experience leading a make-to-order highly customized supply chain.
• Demonstrated ownership of a large-scale integrated supply chain.
• Proven track record leading organizational transformation and performance improvement.
• Strong financial and business acumen.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a best-in-class supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives, customer commitments, and growth plans for the make-to-order Doors business.
• Lead all supply chain functions, including demand and supply planning, inventory and materials management, customer fulfillment, transportation, logistics, warehousing, distribution, S&OP, and supply chain analytics.
• Serve as a strategic advisor to the Business President and leadership team on supply chain performance, risks, and opportunities.
• Define and deliver a differentiated, frictionless customer experience through integrated supply chain execution to drive the value proposition execution of the business.
