You will drive strategy, service excellence, and profitability across manufacturing, sourcing, logistics, and digital enablement.

The role partners with Commercial, Operations, Finance, Product Management, Manufacturing, Sourcing, and IT.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership across multiple supply chain disciplines.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site manufacturing and distribution networks.
• Proven track record in make-to-order, highly customized supply chains.
• Strong financial, business acumen and strategic influencing skills.
• Ability to drive transformation and performance improvements.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a best-in-class supply chain strategy aligned with business goals.
• Lead demand and supply planning, inventory, fulfillment, transportation, and analytics.
• Serve as strategic advisor to the Business President and leadership team.
• Deliver a differentiated, value-based customer experience and drive productivity.
