Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in supply chain, operations, analytics, or related.
- Experience with ERP, planning, reporting tools in manufacturing/distribution.
- Strong organization and multitasking abilities.
Responsibilities
- Execute continuous improvement workstreams, prioritizing and delivering process improvements across planning, inventory, customer service, manufacturing, and logistics.
- Collect and analyze data; document current-state performance; assist root-cause analysis and structured problem solving.
- Coordinate actions and follow up with owners to ensure timely completion and issue resolution.
- Develop dashboards, KPI scorecards, recurring reports, and analytics tools for decision support.
