Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Supply Chain for a client in the Aerospace & Defense sector. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, finance or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or operations with leadership of multi-site teams.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain functions in complex distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Mil-Aero distribution, aerospace and defense, electronics or highly regulated industries.
• Experience in acquisitions, integrations, and value creation in growth or private-equity environments.

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned with growth and financial objectives.
• Establish a common supply chain operating model and cadence across locations.
• Translate business strategy into actionable sourcing, capacity, inventory, and organizational plans.
• Advise executive leadership on supply constraints, investment priorities, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead a disciplined Sales and Operations Planning process connecting demand and supply with financial plans.
• Develop enterprise sourcing strategies using spend analytics and supplier segmentation.
• Own inventory strategy balancing product availability with cost, risk, and service levels.

For our client, we are seeking a VP, Supply Chain to join the team of a leader in the Aerospace & Defense space.

This executive will shape and lead an enterprise supply chain strategy that supports growth, margin improvement, and service excellence across a complex distribution and manufacturing environment. The role will unify operating practices across locations, strengthen sourcing and inventory discipline, and provide senior leadership with clear visibility into supply constraints and investment priorities. The ideal candidate brings deep experience leading multi-site supply chain organizations and can drive alignment across commercial, operational, and financial stakeholders.

Location: Remote
