Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP, Supply Chain for a client in the Aerospace & Defense sector. The role will shape and lead an enterprise supply chain strategy across a multi-site environment, unifying practices, improving sourcing and inventory, and delivering visibility to leaders on constraints and investment priorities. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering, business, finance or related field.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, procurement, planning or operations with leadership of multi-site teams.
• Proven track record leading end-to-end supply chain functions in complex distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Experience in Mil-Aero distribution, aerospace and defense, electronics or highly regulated industries.
• Experience in acquisitions, integrations, and value creation in growth or private-equity environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a multi-year supply chain strategy aligned with growth and financial objectives.
• Establish a common supply chain operating model and cadence across locations.
• Translate business strategy into actionable sourcing, capacity, inventory, and organizational plans.
• Advise executive leadership on supply constraints, investment priorities, and improvement opportunities.
• Lead a disciplined Sales and Operations Planning process connecting demand and supply with financial plans.
• Develop enterprise sourcing strategies using spend analytics and supplier segmentation.
• Own inventory strategy balancing product availability with cost, risk, and service levels.
