Overview

Established, growing defense manufacturer seeking a supply chain leader with proven experience building, scaling and transforming supply chain organizations within aerospace/defense manufacturing.

The ideal candidate has personally established a supply chain department or function, developed teams, implemented processes and led organizational change in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end supply chain strategy and execution
• Build, develop and scale supply chain teams, processes and infrastructure
• Own planning, procurement, strategic sourcing, materials, inventory, warehousing and logistics
• Establish and improve SI&OP, production planning, material availability and supplier performance
• Lead organizational change, process implementation and operational improvements
