Job summary

WCF Insurance, an established property and casualty carrier headquartered in Sandy, Utah, seeks a VP of Strategy to drive enterprise strategy and transformative initiatives. The role partners with the CEO and executive team to identify opportunities, oversee M&A, and ensure alignment of marketing and brand with strategic priorities.

Required MBA or equivalent with 5+ years post-MBA, strong analytical and financial acumen, and experience in large, regulated environments.

Qualifications

• MBA or equivalent graduate degree required.
• Post-MBA experience of at least 5 years.
• Experience with financial modeling, valuation, and capital allocation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive team to develop and evolve enterprise strategy.
• Lead acquisition opportunities including due diligence and integration.
• Oversee Marketing, Brand and Strategy to align investments with the enterprise strategy.
• Oversee Transformation Office and prioritize enterprise initiatives for execution and measurable outcomes.
