Qualifications

• 10+ years leading strategic initiatives or complex cross-functional programs.
• Experience within wealth management, investments, or investment platform delivery.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Expertise in strategic execution, dependency management, organizational alignment, and executive governance.
• Demonstrated AI fluency and practical application of AI to improve productivity.
• Exceptional executive communication and presentation skills, including development of C-suite presentations.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of a complex, multi-year transformation spanning cross lines of business and functions.
• Translate strategic priorities into clear execution plans, measurable outcomes, and delivery commitments.
• Drive accountability and execution discipline across a diverse set of stakeholders and teams.
• Create C-suite-ready materials for executive reporting, leadership offsites, steering committees, and strategic updates.
• Partner with Investments and Product leaders to ensure platform capabilities support investment strategies and workflows.
• Champion AI-enabled ways of working to improve planning, reporting, analysis, governance, and decision-making.
