Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking a Vice President, Community Manager (Consumer Bank) in Columbus to lead the local community strategy, drive financial inclusion, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will work across Chase teams to mobilize resources, partner with nonprofits, and create education programs that empower residents and business owners. The role emphasizes leadership presence, cross-functional collaboration, and execution of outreach initiatives that improve client experience

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional experiences to clients, community members, and stakeholders by embodying our values.
• Build and maintain strong community partnerships with nonprofits, local leaders, and businesses; engage regularly to understand needs and measure progress.
• Develop and execute an annual territory plan aligned with priority customer segments and firmwide initiatives.
• Design and deliver outreach programs that build trust and provide financial education for individuals, families, and business owners.
• Plan and manage a community engagement calendar with events and workshops to drive impact.
• Lead (or co-lead) financial health workshops and connect clients to Chase experts and solutions.
• Manage events end-to-end—promotion, registration, logistics, execution, and follow-up.
• Collaborate across One Chase and One JPMorganChase to align goals and maximize local impact.
