Qualifications

• 10+ years in strategy with progressive leadership roles.
• 5+ years of management experience creating high‑performance teams.
• Ability to translate data into strategic insights and actionable plans.
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to influence stakeholders.
• Experience aligning campaigns with client goals and KPIs.
• Proactive, adaptable leader with agency/marketing tech context knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Strategy & Analytics vision and drive impact across campaigns.
• Develop scalable strategic planning processes across portfolios.
• Build client relationships and develop the team's strategic capabilities.
• Drive innovation and thought leadership as a business asset.
• Narrate data stories to present to high‑profile clients and stakeholders.
• Write strategies and POVs to support client recommendations.
• Foster collaboration across departments to ensure cohesive delivery.
• Provide direction and coaching to team members.
