Job summary

Everent Health is seeking a strategic leader to serve as Vice President, Strategic Value & Integration Management. The role anchors enterprise portfolio governance, value realization, and multi-entity integration across major initiatives.

You will partner with the COO and senior leaders to translate strategy into action, align priorities, and ensure results are delivered with accountability and clear ownership across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field; master’s preferred.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive leadership experience in strategy execution or governance.
• Experience leading portfolio management, organizational transformation, or integrations.
• Healthcare leadership experience is strongly preferred; multi-entity exposure a plus.
• Certifications such as PMP or Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Shape enterprise priorities and investments, advising leadership on sequencing and resource allocation.
• Establish and govern enterprise portfolio governance with clear decision rights and reporting.
• Lead integration management across affiliates, from due diligence to stabilization and optimization.
• Set change-management expectations and drive adoption of major changes into operations.
• Advise executives and boards, challenging assumptions and guiding governance decisions.
