Workspire is partnering with a rapidly growing, PE-backed platform to appoint a Vice President of Integration. You will lead acquisition integration, align operations and spearhead enterprise transformation across North America, partnering with executives to preserve entrepreneurial strengths while accelerating growth.

The role requires a track record leading complex integrations, strategic execution, and change management in fast-paced settings, with a focus on scalability and value creation

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading integration, corporate strategy, or business transformation initiatives.
• Proven track record in post-merger value creation and integration leadership.
• Experience in private equity backed, industrial services, construction, or complex operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end acquisition integration from diligence to full operational integration.
• Develop and execute integration playbooks, governance, and milestones.
• Partner with executives to set priorities and value-creation objectives.
• Drive accountability across cross-functional workstreams to meet timelines.
