Job summary

The successful candidate will partner with executives to define priorities, oversee capital planning, build business cases, and execute large-scale programs with measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare, managed care, or transformation.
• 5+ years of executive or senior leadership overseeing enterprise initiatives.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to develop business cases.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise transformation leadership across the organization.
• Develop and execute enterprise transformation strategy aligned with long-term objectives.
• Oversee portfolio governance and capital planning for strategic initiatives.
• Partner with executive leadership to translate priorities into actionable programs.
• Drive process improvement, Lean Six Sigma, and value optimization initiatives.
• Establish reporting dashboards and governance for accountability.
