Responsibilities

• Structure, execute and manage complex transactions with tax, accounting, regulatory capital benefits.
• Engage with counterparties, counsels and external advisors to secure governance approvals.
• Develop deal models outlining financial, tax and economic benefits over the transaction life cycle.
• Lead the governance process including tax, board and Exco approvals and documentation.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders across the organisation to identify strategic opportunities and manage risk.
