Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. Wealth Management is seeking a Project and Process Improvement Specialist to lead high-visibility regulatory and business transformation initiatives within the Chief Administrative Office.

You will own execution across the project lifecycle and collaborate with Business, Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Controls teams to deliver compliant solutions. You will drive process improvements, develop roadmaps and dashboards, and prepare executive-ready materials for senior

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience at VP-level scope.
• Experience developing project plans, scope docs, business requirements, and process flows.
• Experience leading change initiatives end-to-end, including requirements, data flows, and testing support.
• Experience analyzing data and developing actionable recommendations.
• Experience facilitating project meetings and preparing materials for senior management.
• Experience translating complex issues into clear written and presentation materials.
• Experience managing stakeholders across senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Experience developing business cases, building consensus, and implementing recommendations.
• Experience managing multiple initiatives and changing priorities.
• Experience with PowerPoint and Visio for executive communications.
• Securities Industry Essentials and FINRA Series 99.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end strategic and ongoing business initiatives through the project lifecycle.
• Partner with Wealth Management teams and other functions to meet project and regulatory objectives.
• Track project status, milestones, issues, assumptions, and dependencies.
• Manage issue, risk, and change-control activities with documentation and closure.
• Develop and maintain project roadmaps, status reports, and data flows.
• Deliver concise presentations and reports to senior management.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Lead process-improvement initiatives to strengthen controls and reduce risk.
