Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Implementation Specialist - Vice President to lead technology rollouts for Financial Advisors and Client Associates. You will strategize, plan, and oversee cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementations, testing, and stakeholder alignment.

You will drive high-level analyses, present findings to senior leaders, and promote a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement across multiple departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of financial services experience.
• Ability to travel domestically for extended periods.
• Self-starter with leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication to influence stakeholders.
• Proficient in MS Office, including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Strategize and lead execution of large-scale projects and initiatives.
• Conduct high-level analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Develop understanding of current-state processes and opportunities for improvement.
• Present findings to senior leadership and build consensus for change.
• Lead cross-functional working groups with Investments, Legal, Compliance, Technology, Operations, Product & Platform, Risk, Marketing, Finance, and HR.
• Provide strategic oversight and feedback on project status with innovative solutions.
• Design and implement solutions with detailed project plans and documentation.
• Serve as escalation point ensuring alignment and impact.
• Foster a positive, inclusive, diverse work environment and continuous improvement.
• Execute other strategic duties and special projects as needed.
