Job summary

J.P. Morgan in New York is seeking a Vice President for Strategic Partnerships to own partner relationships, loyalty strategy, and cross-functional growth within the Chase Card ecosystem.

You will manage a portfolio of strategic partners, shape loyalty and engagement initiatives, and collaborate across Corporate Development, Marketing, and Finance to meet internal goals and partner objectives.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional experience in strategy or partnerships.
• Bachelor's degree and/or MBA with focus on strategy/finance.
• Experience in partnership management or strategic alliances.
• Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects with competing priorities.
• Ability to communicate performance and financial data to executives.
• Demonstrates cross-functional leadership and problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end relationship management for a portfolio of strategic partners, driving partner performance and growth across new and existing relationships.
• Develop and execute loyalty and engagement strategies with Chase credit card's most strategic partners, partnering with Corporate Development, Marketing, and Finance to deliver on shared internal goals and partner objectives.
• Lead cross-functional coordination across Chase Card, Connected Commerce, and other lines of business to identify opportunities and deliver differentiated value for Chase cardmembers.
