Citizens Alliance Bank seeks a VP Loan Administration Manager to lead the Loan Administration function, ensuring efficient loan production support, documentation coordination, workflow management, and adherence to bank policy.

The role partners with Credit Administration, Compliance, IT, and leadership to drive operational excellence, standardize processes, and develop staff capabilities while maintaining customer service levels and supporting growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Requires seven (7) years in banking, lending operations, loan administration, credit administration, or related experience.
• Requires three (3) years of leadership or management experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes, loan documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsabilités

• Lead, coach, and develop Loan Administration personnel across lending operations.
• Establish staffing models, workload balancing, training programs, and succession plans.
• Ensure timely, accurate lending support to lenders, internal partners, and customers.
• Coordinate with lenders, branch staff, Credit Administration, Compliance, Training, and other units.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce turnaround times and improve efficiency.
• Develop and monitor operational metrics, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Partner with IT and business leaders to optimize lending systems and workflows.
• Identify automation opportunities and champion technology solutions.
• Support capacity planning and organizational design to meet growth needs.
• Monitor vendor performance and participate in technology solution implementations.
