Job summary

Citizens Alliance Bank seeks a VP Loan Administration Manager to lead the loan administration function with strategic governance and operational oversight. You will ensure efficient loan support, documentation coordination, workflow management, and technology use aligned with bank policy and objectives.

You will develop staff, establish standards, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues, coordinating across lending, credit, compliance, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; seven+ years in banking or lending operations.
• Three+ years of leadership/management experience.
• Strong knowledge of lending processes, documentation, and regulatory requirements.
• Preferred certifications or advanced banking training.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Loan Administration staff across the organization.
• Establish staffing models, training, and succession plans.
• Ensure timely, accurate lending support and service to lenders and customers.
• Drive cross‑functional process improvements to reduce turnaround times.
• Develop metrics, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor department performance.
• Collaborate with IT to optimize lending systems and automate workflows.
