Job summary

Vizient, Inc. is seeking an Associate Vice President, Strategic Growth & Market Opportunity to lead the growth-opportunity assessment process.

You will coordinate a broad set of inputs, establish AI-enabled workflows, and guide executive decisions on where to invest and how to prioritize opportunities across healthcare markets. The role requires aligning with Strategy Management and Corporate Development, and entails leading cross-functional teams to translate evidence into decision-ready

Qualifications

Relevant degree preferred; Master's Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Design, lead and continuously improve the growth-opportunity assessment process.
Serve as the primary accountable lead for integrated opportunity assessments.
Assess the broader organizational connectivity of each opportunity across client needs and strategies.
Coordinate contributions from multiple teams to inform opportunity assessments.
Develop comparable assessments using client need, market attractiveness and trajectory, and strategic fit.
Apply a decision framework to facilitate leadership decisions on where Vizient should deepen capabilities or pursue new opportunities.
Establish AI-enabled workflows and maintain the opportunity pipeline and handoffs for execution.
