Job summary

Vizient is seeking an Associate Vice President, Strategic Growth & Market Opportunity to lead the growth-opportunity assessment process within SMRII in the Office of Strategy Management. You’ll drive AI-enabled analytics, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and translate evidence into decision-ready insights to guide strategy and investments.

Qualifications

Master’s degree preferred in a related field.
Deep experience in healthcare market strategy and growth assessments.
Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams on enterprise growth initiatives.

Responsibilities

Design and improve the growth-opportunity assessment process.
Lead integrated opportunity assessments with scope, criteria and evidence.
Coordinate input from Market Research, Competitive Intelligence, VGO, and other stakeholders.
Develop comparable assessments based on client need, market attractiveness and trajectory.
Apply a decision framework to guide leadership decisions and investments.
Establish AI-enabled workflows and maintain the opportunity pipeline.
