Job summary

Vizient is seeking an Associate Vice President, Strategic Growth & Market Opportunity to lead growth assessments across the organization, from identifying opportunities to governance. The role is based in Irving, TX, with potential placements in Chicago or Centennial.

You will design AI-enabled workflows, coordinate cross-functional teams, and translate evidence into decision-ready insights to inform strategy, partnerships and execution.

Qualifications

• 10+ years relevant experience in healthcare strategy or growth roles.
• Knowledge of U.S. healthcare industry and client needs.
• Ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for executives.

Responsibilities

• Design and lead growth-opportunity assessment processes across Vizient units.
• Coordinate contributions from Market & Client Research, Competitive Intelligence, and Product teams.
• Develop comparable assessments based on client need, market attractiveness, and trajectory.
• Establish AI-enabled workflows and maintain the opportunity pipeline for leadership decisions.
• Translate evidence into decision-ready insights and inform strategy, partnerships and execution.
