Emergence Automotive is seeking a VP of Strategic Finance to lead forecasting, performance reviews, and capital allocation across its automotive portfolio. The role blends hands-on modeling with high‑level leadership, directly supporting CEOs and portfolio teams.

You will own acquisition modeling and integration efforts, shaping value creation post-close, and you will present strategic recommendations to executives and investors with clear, data-driven narratives.

Competenze

• Strong financial modeling ability.
• Experience with acquisition/merger models is a plus.
• Background in strategic or operating finance.

Mansioni

• Own strategic finance cadence across the automotive portfolio, including forecasting and KPI reporting.
• Build operating models with scenario planning, cash and working capital analysis, and unit economics.
• Partner with portfolio leaders to translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
• Lead and support M&A work including modeling, diligence, and integration planning.
• Create board and investor materials and raise the bar for analytic rigor.
