Job summary

Qualifications

• 12+ years in business development and corporate strategy leadership.
• Advanced degree (PhD or MD) preferred; MBA is a plus.
• Senior/executive leadership experience across disciplines and boundaries.
• Ability to communicate complex scientific concepts and value propositions.

Responsibilities

• Own BD strategy articulation and initial execution for portfolio companies.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to enable deal flow and execution.
• Partner with CEO, senior management, and Pharma to scope value drivers.
• Develop messages and narratives for partnerable packages and term sheets.
