Qualifications

• 15+ years leading space, missile defense, or related government missions with demonstrated credibility and results.
• Commitment to a people-first culture, integrity, customer mission success, and professional excellence.
• Proven leadership in motivating teams, developing employees, and managing performance and accountability.
• Experience managing revenue, profitability, budgets, forecasts, staffing, and utilization across government contracts.
• Ability to develop growth strategies, build opportunity pipelines, and lead capture/proposal efforts.
• Willingness to execute operational, financial, staffing, and customer engagement duties in a dynamic small-business environment.
• Strong customer engagement, communication, and judgment, including briefing senior leaders and resolving conflicts.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent military/government/industry experience.
• Active Secret Clearance

Responsibilities
