Qualifications

• 12+ years in Software Quality Assurance, Test Automation, or Quality Engineering.
• 5+ years of experience leading QA teams and enterprise testing initiatives.
• Experience leading quality engineering for large-scale financial services platforms.
• Experience testing applications on AWS cloud platforms (EC2, ECS, EKS).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
• Knowledge of AI-assisted development tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality engineering efforts across modern cloud-native platforms and legacy applications.
• Define and execute enterprise quality engineering strategies and automation roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks using Java, Selenium, Playwright, and Cucumber.
• Drive automation across Functional, Regression, Integration, End-to-End, Smoke, and Sanity testing.
• Embed continuous testing within CI/CD pipelines and Agile delivery.
• Lead testing for cloud-native applications on AWS (ECS, EKS).
• Establish quality metrics, reporting, and governance for release readiness.
• Mentor QA engineers and promote best practices in automation and AI-driven testing.
• Support audit, resiliency, and risk management through robust testing controls.
