The Vice President, Software Engineering will lead the technology strategy, engineering delivery, and modernization of Asset Management Solutions. This leader will manage an organization of approximately 60–70 engineering professionals while remaining hands-on in technology, platform architecture, and delivery decisions. The role is responsible for transforming legacy applications and migrating capabilities to an integrated, scalable platform. The VP will drive adoption of AI-enabled tools and practices, strengthen engineering execution, and ensure the technology roadmap aligns with evolving buy-side market needs and client expectations.
The successful candidate is a strategic, technically credible leader who can balance modernization with day-to-day delivery. They will bring a strong point of view on platform transformation and AI adoption, while building trust with engineering teams and business stakeholders. This individual will be able to influence at all levels of the organization, create alignment around a shared vision, and lead teams through meaningful technology and organizational change.
Salary range $275,,000.00- $300,000.00 USD. Bonus Eligible.
