Job summary

Goldman Sachs is seeking an experienced software engineer to design and build API-based web services using Java, Spring Boot, Node.js microservices, and modern frontend tech. You will operate in Agile SCRUM, collaborate with global teams, and influence architecture and design.

You will work across Wealth Management engineering, contribute to high-volume, low-latency systems, implement CI/CD, and leverage AWS. Strong communication and learning mindset required.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science or engineering, or equivalent industry experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience with Java 17, Python 3.10, and TypeScript 4 in all phases of development.
• Hands-on development with REST APIs using Spring Boot and Node.js microservices.
• UI development with React or Angular in TypeScript.
• Data pipelines and analytics using Python.
• Experience with CI/CD and AWS Cloud Platform.
