Qualifications

• 12+ years in software engineering and platform/infrastructure leadership.
• Proven track record building and scaling cloud-native platforms and distributed systems.
• Deep expertise in cloud platforms, microservices, CI/CD, DevOps/SRE, observability, APIs and service architectures.
• Strong strategic thinking and ability to align stakeholders with technical roadmaps.
• Proven experience building high-performing engineering teams and improving developer productivity.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead the long-term platform engineering strategy aligned with product roadmap and growth.
• Own architecture and delivery of core platform capabilities including infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and shared services.
• Establish scalable, secure cloud architecture and infrastructure foundation.
• Drive adoption of internal developer platforms and self-service infrastructure.
• Provide architecture frameworks and tooling to support rapid, reliable product development.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to ensure alignment and enable squads to deliver quickly.
