GM Financial seeks a VP, Servicing Platform Modernization to own the end-to-end modernization of the Servicing Platform, driving strategy, architecture, delivery, adoption, and measured business value.

This role requires leading multi-year programs with accountability for investment, risk, governance and value realization, and collaboration across business, product, architecture, and security teams. A strong executive presence and AI capabilities experience are essential.

Qualificações

• Proven record leading enterprise-scale modernization and transformation programs with end-to-end accountability.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate business value, investment rationale, and measurable outcomes.
• Deep fluency in modern product, platform, and architecture practices; legacy-only backgrounds are insufficient.
• Strong executive communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills across business and technology.
• Exceptional business acumen, sound judgment, and decision-making in complex environments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end modernization of the Servicing Platform with accountability for strategy, execution, architecture evolution, adoption, and business outcomes.
• Own multi-year transformation programs including investment, delivery, risk, governance, and value realization.
• Partner across business, product, architecture, infrastructure, data, and cybersecurity to align priorities and execution.
• Translate business strategy into a modernization roadmap and product capabilities customers and partners will adopt.
• Communicate decisions and progress clearly to executive stakeholders in business terms.
• Build and lead a high-performing organization with strong judgment and executive presence.
