Job summary

Advocate Health, headquartered in Charlotte, NC, seeks a senior physician leader to drive quality, service delivery and strategic growth across the NSL. The role guides physician productivity, compensation alignment, budgeting and cross-functional collaboration with nursing, pharmacy, radiology, and other clinical teams.

Responsibilities include deploying new delivery models, expanding practice locations, and sustaining Advocate Health REWIRE 2030 initiatives while ensuring physician and APP

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree required.
• Board Certification in a clinical discipline.
• Graduation from an accredited medical school.
• Typically requires 10 years of leadership in quality initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Identify, implement and track NSL quality initiatives and improvements.
• Partner with Quality leadership to drive system-wide quality and patient safety.
• Align physician compensation with organizational goals and participate in the Physician Compensation Committee.
• Develop and monitor budgets and resource utilization for the service line.
• Plan and deploy new delivery models, locations and practice consolidations.
• Establish market growth strategies and drive execution of expansion plans.
• Create provider growth plans and ensure balanced affiliation/employment/faculty needs.
• Support training, clinical research, and departmental morale within the division.
