Job summary

Trace3 in Irvine, CA seeks a senior leader to head the Security Solutions team, aligning with business units, account teams, and partners to advance our security offerings. You will guide assessments, proof-of-concept efforts, and the handoff to delivery teams while driving revenue growth and AI-enabled security initiatives.

You will mentor staff, build strategic partnerships, and deliver differentiated security solutions to clients in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.

Qualifications

• Ten or more years in services-led IT and cybersecurity sales.
• Experience with hardware, software, and services offerings.
• Proven ability to develop strategic business plans.

Responsibilities

• Identify and evolve go-to-market strategy across security products and services.
• Own revenue and gross profit targets with planning and pipeline oversight.
• Oversee presales from concept to completion with emphasis on technical soundness.
• Lead AI-related security initiatives and modern security solution plays.
• Develop client relationships and ensure high satisfaction throughout engagements.
