Job summary

Real Chemistry is seeking an Associate Vice President/ Vice President, Client Services, Scientific Visualization, to lead strategic client partnerships, drive growth, and oversee delivery of high-impact programs. This role blends client leadership, commercial strategy, team development, and operational oversight within the Medical capability.

The AVP/VP will partner with cross-functional teams, manage budgets and revenue goals, mentor leaders, and help expand the Scientific Visualization

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in healthcare communications, medical education, or scientific visualization.
• Proven success leading and growing pharmaceutical/biotechnology client relationships.
• Experience managing large accounts, complex programs, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a senior strategic partner to pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients.
• Lead complex engagements across scientific visualization, medical education, congress strategy, digital experiences, and innovation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to expand relationships and drive organic growth; lead new business opportunities and proposals.
• Oversee account performance, forecasting, profitability, and resource planning; manage budgets and scope changes.
