Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Sales Strategy & Support Manager within the Personal Advisors team. You will accelerate growth by identifying strategic opportunities across US Wealth Management and the broader firm, strengthening referral quality, improving funnel efficiency, and enabling advisors to deliver outstanding client outcomes.

You will partner across stakeholders, demonstrate strong business judgment, and execute with disciplined rigor in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in financial services or sales strategy/business development.
• Ability to design and operationalize scalable, measurable strategies with proper controls.
• Strong collaboration across a matrixed organization and consensus building.
• Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term referral partnership strategy for J.P. Morgan Wealth Management.
• Scale referral opportunities across Wealth Management and JPMorganChase ecosystem with repeatable processes.
• Establish end-to-end referral governance including controls and oversight of client transfers.
• Serve as referrals subject matter expert, partnering with Product and Tech to enhance tools for scalable referrals.
• Build reporting to track success metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Drive asset growth through strategic initiatives within the Garage Teams and Advisor pool.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Influence senior leaders with data-informed insights and strategic recommendations.
• Manage multiple initiatives with timelines and status updates to leadership.
• Oversee day-to-day execution to ensure compliant, scalable outcomes.
