Qualifications

• 5+ years of directly relevant experience in financial services or sales strategy.
• Experience designing scalable, measurable strategies and processes.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at multiple levels, including senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a long-term referral partnership strategy.
• Identify and scale referral opportunities across Wealth Management and the JPMorganChase ecosystem.
• Establish end-to-end referral governance with controls and oversight.
• Serve as referrals subject matter expert; partner with Product and Tech to enhance tools.
• Build reporting and measurement capabilities to track success and drive improvements.
• Drive asset growth through strategic acquisition and deepening initiatives.
• Identify risks, elevate issues, and drive resolution with stakeholders.
• Influence senior leadership with data-informed insights and a clear POV.
• Manage multiple initiatives with timelines and status updates to leadership.
• Ensure day-to-day execution is compliant, scalable, and efficient.
