Role Overview: We are seeking a VP Sales for our Payor Solutions sector, a key player in advancing our mission to redefine healthcare management through technology. This strategic role focuses on nurturing relationships and closing significant deals with health plans across the United States, with a sharp focus on achieving a $3.5M annual quota and the capacity to handle $1M+ ARR deals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and expand sales initiatives targeting the payor market, with a strategic approach to meeting and exceeding a substantial annual sales quota.
  • Develop high-level relationships with executives and decision-makers within major health plans, positioning our platform as an essential tool for achieving their operational and care delivery goals.
  • Navigate complex sales environments to close deals upwards of $1M ARR, employing a deep understanding of the payor landscape and its regulatory and economic challenges.
  • Collaborate with an elite team of industry specialists and cross-functional leaders to tailor solutions that resonate with payor needs and drive substantial value.
