Job summary

The VP of Sales Operations at Afsvision in Exton, PA will bring rigor and discipline to pipeline health, forecast accuracy, quota governance, and compensation integrity. You will own CRM/SFDC governance and pricing execution, ensuring real-time visibility for the CRO and sales leadership.

You will lead cross-functional collaboration with Finance, Legal, Product, and Support to align incentives, definitions, and processes that drive predictable revenue and compliant deal outcomes.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of experience in sales or revenue operations.
• Strong CRM/SFDC governance and data integrity skills.
• Proven ability to design and govern quota, pipeline, and compensation processes.

Responsibilities

• Own the sales process framework, pipeline definitions, and exit criteria embedded in CRM.
• Lead bookings forecasting with cross-functional partners in Finance and Accounting.
• Design and govern quota and compensation alignment with business goals.
• Oversee CRM / SFDC operations, data quality, and reporting discipline.
• Collaborate with CRO, Finance, and product to ensure consistent pricing and deal terms.
