Responsibilities

• Provide independent review and credible challenge to Ratings Operations risk profile.
• Engage governance committees and report changes to risk profile.
• Oversee risk appetite initiatives and document rationale for changes.
• Challenge first line risk assessments and ensure timely risk identification and escalation.
• Review reporting of issues and events, including post-event analyses.
• Develop and scrutinize Key Risk Indicators and tolerance levels.
