Job summary

Moody's Investors Service seeks a senior risk leader to guide the second line of defense for AI, blockchain, and the digital economy. You will develop risk appetite, challenge ORM implementations, and act as a trusted advisor to governance and technical teams.

You will drive alignment with regulatory expectations, oversee risk indicators, and lead cross-functional risk initiatives in a global, highly regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology discipline such as Computer Science or related field.
• Relevant certifications (CISSP/CISM/CISA) preferred.
• Familiar with risk management lifecycles and governance standards.

Responsibilities

• Serve as senior second line risk leader for AI, blockchain, and the digital economy.
• Develop and communicate risk appetite aligned with objectives and regulatory expectations.
• Provide independent review of the ORM framework and risk profile.
• Represent second line at governance committees and report changes in risk profile.
• Challenge first line RCSAs for quality and adherence to ORM standards.
• Review operational risk events and ensure proper remediation.
• Monitor emerging risks and report changes to stakeholders.
• Provide second line support to transformation initiatives from design to go-live.
• Advise business and technology stakeholders across Digital Economy, Technology, and Info Security.
• Ensure adherence to policies and MR ORM framework; oversee GRC tool usage.
