Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in credit risk management focusing on overdraft/connected commerce collections.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute risk criteria for retail overdraft and connected commerce collections.
• Oversee collection and recovery processes to ensure effective outcomes.
• Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures for compliance and best practices.
• Monitor and analyze KPIs, reporting insights to senior management.
• Lead and mentor risk management professionals, fostering continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for holistic risk strategies.
• Integrate analytics and technology to enhance processes.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Articulate risk impacts to business functions and leaders.
