Job summary

Jefferies is seeking an AI Specialist to develop and execute the Risk department’s AI strategy. This role involves collaborating with Risk experts and Technology teams to identify AI opportunities and ensure responsible AI adoption. The specialist will support the AI lifecycle from ideation to deployment, adhering to governance processes.

Key qualifications include experience with AI technologies, strong stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills. The role is full time with a salary range of $225,000 - $250,000.

Qualifications

• Experience working with AI, machine learning, generative AI, data science, analytics, or related technologies.
• Strong understanding of AI solution design, model evaluation, data requirements, testing, deployment, and ongoing monitoring.
• Ability to operate in a highly controlled, regulated, and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and execution of the Risk department’s AI strategy.
• Work with Risk SMEs to define and execute prioritized AI use cases.
• Collaborate closely with relevant Technology teams to support AI solution development.
