Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate, Analytics or related field is required.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in revenue management, pricing strategy, or real estate analytics.
• Experience with Revenue Management Systems and BI tools (Power BI, Excel) is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the enterprise revenue management strategy across pricing, ancillary income, renewals, and concessions.
• Analyze supply, demand, market data to identify revenue opportunities and risks and translate findings into pricing strategy.
• Collaborate with Asset Management, Marketing, and Technology to align pricing with business plans.
• Develop reporting and modeling to monitor pricing performance and revenue risk at multiple levels.
