Independence Realty Trust, Inc. seeks a Revenue Manager in the Tampa area to lead revenue strategy for a multi‑community portfolio.

You will drive pricing, concessions, and demand forecasting while coordinating with Operations, Asset Management, Marketing, and senior leadership. The role requires strong analytical insight and the ability to translate market data into actions that maximize property performance, with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office) and relocation flexibility within the Tampa

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in hospitality or multifamily management, pricing strategy, or asset performance analysis.
• Experience with revenue management platforms such as REBA Rent, LRO, AI Revenue Management.

Responsabilités

• Lead the revenue strategy for assigned portfolio across 7,000–10,000 units, optimizing rent growth and occupancy.
• Review pricing and renewal parameters; approve pricing recommendations from models.
• Own concessions strategy and evaluate impact on leasing velocity and effective rent.
• Monitor market trends, perform submarket analyses, and provide leadership with strategic recommendations.
• Analyze occupancy, renewal retention, days vacant, and revenue trends; deliver reporting for leadership.
