Planet is seeking a visionary and results-oriented Vice President of Revenue Operations to act as a strategic co-pilot to the Chief Revenue Officer and lead our global operations team through hyper-growth toward $1B in revenue. You will unify pre-sales, sales, and post-sales into a single operational engine with an AI-ready tech stack.

This full-time, hybrid role requires presence in either San Francisco, CA or Arlington, VA office three days per week, and you will empower cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 15+ years in tech enterprise revenue ops leadership.
• Experience scaling revenue orgs to $500M–$1B+.
• Proven ability to align AI with commercial strategy.
• Strong analytical leadership and board-ready insights.
• Cross-functional influence across GTM teams.
• Deep GTM tech stack and Challenger/Value Selling exposure.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partner to the CRO, shaping data-led decisions.
• Own forecasting, pipeline reviews, and quota management.
• Lead AI-first RevOps to automate core workflows.
• Scale cross-functional processes for $1B+ growth.
• Unify the go-to-market customer journey across teams.
• Lead workforce planning and cost-to-serve initiatives.
