Job summary

EnableComp seeks a Vice President of Revenue Cycle Technology Operations to translate technology strategy into scalable operational performance across revenue cycle service lines.

Reporting to the Executive VP of Operations, this role defines the technology-operations vision, governance, and value realization while coordinating with internal leaders and external partners to ensure productivity, quality, and client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, information systems, engineering or related field.
• 12+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare revenue cycle/operations/tech-enabled services.
• Experience leading enterprise technology-operations portfolios with measurable outcomes.
• Experience directing outsourced or global delivery partnerships, vendor governance, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Define the enterprise vision, multi-year roadmap, and operating model for technology operations.
• Own the portfolio of Operations technology, automation, and global-operations initiatives.
• Establish governance across Operations, Technology, Product, Data, and Finance.
• Translate business strategy into enterprise capability and delivery requirements.
• Sponsor workflow redesign and standardization across onshore and global teams.
• Set KPIs for productivity, quality, cost-to-serve, and ROI; report results to leadership.
• Lead Technology Operations leadership teams and delegate adoption execution.
• Coordinate with Technology, Product, and Data to align with platform roadmaps.
