Job summary

Corebridge Financial, Inc. is seeking a VP, Group Retirement Platform Management to own the multi‑year roadmap for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions, translating business goals into a cohesive platform strategy.

This leadership role requires deep retirement domain experience, strong stakeholder communication, and the ability to build scalable data models and vendor integrations across the organization. Hybrid work in Jersey City, NJ is available.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services, specifically retirement services.
• 5+ years in platform management, SaaS, fintech, or defined‑contribution recordkeeping.
• Familiar with retirement data structures and compliance rules.
• Hands‑on experience with agile planning tools.
• Proven ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders.
• Strong written and verbal communication suitable for senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap and feature backlog for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions.
• Partner with IT and operations to build scalable data models and robust third‑party payroll/sponsor integrations.
• Translate ERISA and DOL regulatory shifts into automated, compliant solutions.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and transformation to build business cases and deliver outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to launch platform capabilities and define product positioning.
