Job summary

Corebridge Financial is seeking a visionary leader to own the multi-year roadmaps for core retirement and adjacent platform solutions. You will translate business goals into a cohesive capabilities framework, drive client acquisition and retention, and own platform roadmaps to meet market demands.

This role reports to the EVP of Product, Pricing and Investments. The position supports a hybrid work model across Jersey City, TX, NC with travel up to 25%, requiring strategic influence, execution

Qualifications

• 10+ years in financial services, retirement industry experience.
• 5+ years in platform management, SaaS/fintech or defined-contribution recordkeeping systems.
• Deep familiarity with retirement data structures (plans, cohorts, contributions, rollovers) and compliance rules.

Responsibilities

• Own the multi-year roadmap and feature backlog for core recordkeeping and adjacent solutions.
• Partner with IT and operations to build scalable, event-driven data models and robust third-party payroll/sponsor integrations.
• Translate complex ERISA and DOL regulatory shifts into automated solutions designed to maintain compliance and meet client needs.
• Collaborate with IT, operations and transformation teams to build business cases and deliver strong client and business outcomes.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Consultant Relations to launch new platform capabilities and define product positioning.
